"My usual size actually worked"
As someone who gets annoyed when sizing is all over the place, I was relieved this fit the way I expected. I ordered my normal size and the waist and length were both spot on. No awkward tight areas or weird fit issues, so I’m happy with it.

"Wish the box arrived in better shape"
I ordered from FR DEPOT the shipping was faster than I expected. The package showed up in just a few days and the tracking updated like it should. My only regret is that the box was beat up when it got here, so I was a little worried opening it. Luckily, everything inside was fine. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Not great on my phone"
I tried using it on my phone and honestly... it was kind of a mess. Pages were loading strangely, things jumping around a bit, and I kept tapping around trying to find what I needed. Took way longer than it should have. I just wanted something quick, but it felt frustrating.

The quality was better than I expected. I didn’t think it would feel that nice, but it actually does. At the same time, I wouldn’t say it completely blew me away or anything, but yeah, it’s definitely good quality stuff.

"Return Was Shockingly Easy"
I was bracing myself for a whole dramatic return nightmare, but it was unbelievably simple. The exchange happened so fast I almost couldn’t believe it, such a relief!

"Pretty much had what I needed"
Stopped in and they seemed to have most of the stuff I was looking for. Not a big deal either way, but overall it worked out fine.

"Prices are fine, maybe not a huge bargain"
I found some of the prices to be decent, maybe around 10% or so cheaper on a few items, but once shipping gets added in, the savings kind of disappear. Overall it felt okay, just not an amazing deal.

"Helpful customer service experience"
I had to reach out to frdepot.com with a question about my order, and they got back to me faster than I expected. As someone who really doesn’t like chasing down customer support, I appreciated that right away.
The person I spoke with was friendly and explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. It did take one extra message to fully clear things up, but it wasn’t a big hassle.
I’m giving 4 stars because it wasn’t completely perfect, but overall it was a good experience. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again
